Bought a couple items off Ebay.
I bought a function generator with pretty sparse documentation, a scope would verify what it's doing. Since posting this I have figured it out to where it's doing what I need it for. There are still some things it will do that can only be set up with a scope.
Also, just looking for some advice on the subject.

An interesting note, I also bought a universal counter and measured the pulse and frequency output of one of my RC receivers. I could tell the servo center from the receiver is off by about 30us and the frequency was abit low...yee haa...

WOW!! Your one of them SMART fellers ain't ya! I can tell my servo is off center by looking at the control Arm when I put it on..HAHA!! :lol:
