We used our clubs Trainer and a Buddy Box and I took him up and only had to take control back 3 times for the whole flight. He was doing left and right turns and figure eights with little problem.. Only had to take it back because he got to far away and I brought him in closer... He was good in that he didn't panic when he was getting close to the ground. I just let him keep going until I knew he was in trouble and I could still save it..
On the second flight the wind was really picking up,so I had to take it back from him more on this flight,but the wind didn't scare him at all .. He can't wait for the picnic to fly again to show off his "mad flying skills" as he says..
It was a great day for us,can't wait for him to go for it again this Sunday.
